Ok, so it's a thing where people actually watch the entire movie?!!?! Like, they don't look away or anything? I just thought it was normal to watch a movie, and have to look away at the not-so-good parts. I also just want to clarify ^that, when remembering all the movies we watched on our recent trip. I had poor judgement then, and should have just turned off some of the movies we watched. (yes, I turned my eyes then, too.) And I chronicled them all here. Aaaahhgg! So, I apologize, my friends; do not hold them against me, please.

There was this guy next to us on the plane on our way back from Idaho, and he kinda looked like a thin Colonel Sanders, and he told us he was "Older than dirt. Not that you'd asked." My sister and I looked at each other and we were like "Cool?" and he was like "I know it for a fact. Want to know how I know for sure? I have this jar of dirt in my living room, and it came from my compost pile. I watched the it turn from veggies to dirt, and that's how I know I'm older than dirt." Grace and I were laughing, and Idk, I was just like "That. Is. Awesome."
I'm going home today!! I'll be back in Texas sometime tonight.
Ok, recap of the 4th and 5th (the minor fall, the major lift! Sorry. Ok, not really. I sing all the time.) We spent Friday night with Aunt Valerie and our cousin Morgan. Shortly before noon on the Fourth, we came back to the RV, and I made some Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge, and Grace walked the probably twenty steps to Uncle Phil and Aunt Kymm's house to make some gluten free, etc. flat bread. Somewhere in there Aunt Alison finished making whatever food she was making. Later, everyone was here, and we had a great time. We swam, we ate, we made water balloons, we ate some more, we talked, we met family, ate again. Aunt Kymm did a great job. At night, we did some fireworks and sparklers, and my favorite sparklers were the kind that was white, and each sparkle expanded at the end. (I'll post pics if/when I can.) On the 5th, we slept in, went swimming in the rain with Morgan, ate, and played cards. It was a pretty chilled day. Oh! And we finished watching War Horse. (which we had begun sometime yesterday) See you tomorrow, when I'll hopefully be able to resume my usual posting schedule! Have a beautiful day! *sings Jamie Grace's Beautiful Day* I am SO sorry, my friends. I have not had enough internet to post on my blog. So much has happened, and I can't remember half of it. Tuesday night we watched Les Mis (which I loved and cried over.) My two favorite books are Les Mis and Sherlock.
I wrote this long post, and when I hit the "post" button, it erased everything, so I'm just gonna tell you everything in haphazard sentences. Tuesday and Wednesday night we spent at some of Aunt Alison's old friends' because the RV was getting fixed. They have two girls who are each a year or two older than Grace and I. Wednesday, we went to see Age of Ultron because Aunt Alison and Uncle Ron hadn't seen it yet. Thursday, Grace, the other two girls, and I hiked up Table Rock (Oh yeah. We're in Idaho now.) Somewhere in there, we watched Star Trek: Into Darkness. And now we're parked outside Uncle Phil and Aunt Kymm's house. If that made no sense, just ask me and I will clarify the jumbled parts. Have a spectacular day!! I'm not entirely sure what the plan is for getting the RV fixed, but they're working on it. Yesterday We had dinner with Aunt Suzanne, and her husband and grown kid. (He is my third cousin.) We washed the truck, did the laundry, went grocery shopping, and watched Kiss Me Kate (Based off The Taming of the Shrew) and both Princess Diaries!
UPDATE: I came back home, rented Much Ado About Nothing from the library, and I am extremely disappointed in myself. I had poor judgement on this trip. Yes, constable Dogberry may have been absolutely hilarious (I haven't laughed that hard in awhile...), but that shouldn't override the rest of the movie. Also, I didn't know that there was a pretty bad part in there. I apologize. In that moment, Aunt Alison told me to close my eyes, so I had no idea what was there and I was showing it to my family and a friend, and my mother was the only one watching the screen, and yeah. It's going back to the library.
The generator in the RV went out, which means the AC doesn't work unless we are hooked up to the electricity at our campsite. On our way out of Nevada yesterday, it got pretty hot. We called around, trying to find someone to fix it. Due to the fact that we are in Mormon country, there was no one who would work yesterday or today. Do you see our problem? Finding a decent RV park with all the amenities, we do have air conditioning now. Ooohhh!!!!! And last night, I finished reading Much Ado About Nothing so we could watch the 1993 movie of it, and YES! I love that movie!! Go watch it and The Hollow Crown series done by BBC. Have an awesome Sunday!! Yesterday was very eventful. On our way out of Arizona, we stopped at THE London Bridge. I kinda didn't know that they had torn it down and moved it there... When we finally got to our RV camp site, it was 110° and the generator in the RV went out. The whatever-else-it-was gave off some cool air, but it wasn't much. Also, the radiator had some problems. (Can you tell I have no idea anything about RV's?)
Later, Aunt Alison and Uncle Ron drove us down the strip in Vegas so we could see all the lights. One more place to check off my list! I would post pictures, but I don't have them on this computer. I binge watched movies yesterday, breaking only for getting and eating lunch, laundry, and dinner. We started with the first new Star Trek movie, the night before, then we watched The Lego Movie, Thor (which is the only one of these which I've seen before), The first old Star Trek movie, and the very first Star Trek episode! Idk, does that make me a Trekkie now? I've certainly entered a new fandom. *ehehehehe* My favorite part of The Lego Movie was Shakespeare, doing the worm.
We went to the National Cowboy Museum on our trip, and found these jewels. ^That is the brand of somebody's ranch Idk how clear that bottom pic is, but it's a Native American, in a lawn chair, wearing amazing sunglasses, and drinking a soda or a slushie or something.
